The Black.Buford. Series is a four-part documentary collection dedicated to documenting and celebrating the rich history, remarkable achievements, and lasting legacy of the Black men and women who helped shape the City of Buford, Georgia.
Created by Buford native and award-winning filmmaker Sheila Bailey, this series includes Black.Buford.History, Black.Buford.Basketball, Black.Buford.Football, and Black.Buford.Track. Through personal interviews, historical research, archival photographs, and community storytelling, we are capturing stories that deserve to be remembered and shared with future generations.
